ABOUT CHANGE OF SHIPPING FEE 海外向け送料の変更について
Regarding the collection of EMS special additional charges enacted in Japan in June this year and the shipping fee to countries where EMS is not available, we avoided raising the price as much as possible, but overseas shipping has been increasing recently. The burden of the difference is large. We will increase the shipping fee until the situation settles down. This is a temporary response, but we don't know the deadline.
*Shipping charges to customers ordered prior to this announcement will not change from the time of order.
* EMS charges are calculated based on 1kg, and large size items are calculated based on 1.5kg.
* If the actual shipping fee is less than the amount paid by the customer by 500 yen or more, it will be refunded as a coupon that can be used for the next shopping.
* For Australia, Canada, Italy, Chile, Greece, Brazil and UAE, EMS and international parcels cannot be used, so YAMATO TARNSPORT (UPS) will be used for shipping. Therefore, please forgive that the shipping fee will be higher than EMS.
今年6月に日本で施行されたEMS特別追加料金の徴収や、EMSが利用できない国への配送料については、可能な限り値上げを避けましたが、最近では海外発送が増えています。 違いの負担は大きいです。 状況が落ち着くまで送料を増額させていただきます。 これは一時的な対応ですが、期限はわかりません。
※EMS料金は1kg、大型商品は1.5kgを基準としています。
※実際の送料がお客様のお支払い金額より500円以上少ない場合は、次回のお買い物にご利用いただけるクーポンとして返金いたします。
※オーストラリア、カナダ、イタリア、チリ、ギリシャ、ブラジル、アラブ首長国連邦ではEMSや国際小包はご利用いただけませんので、YAMATO TARNSPORT（UPS）の利用となります。
そのため、送料はEMSより高くなりますのでご注意ください。
