【For international customers】About delays in the delivery of packages
Due to the end of the month, we are experiencing a high volume of shipments consisting of newly arrived products and regular orders. We are processing shipments in the order they were received, but it is taking longer than usual.
We expect to ship nearly all orders by early April, so we ask customers who have not yet received their packages to please be patient for a little while longer.
